About the event
Have you explored the newly opened park near Toronto's waterfront? Join us for a nature hike at the Biidaasige Park (pronounced “bee-daw-si-geh”, meaning "sunlight shining toward us"). The Biidaasige Park not only showcases Toronto’s waterway restoration effort, but it is also the home to lots of local bird and plant species. We will walk through this beautiful park, and enjoy the view of Toronto’s skyline while learning about the nature in the park. We will learn to document the biodiversity in the park, with the use of the iNaturalist app.
